Lara joined Ambition in the fall of 2022, bringing with her more than three decades of combined office, project, and event management, customer care, marketing and communications, and bookkeeping experience, in for-profit, not-for-profit, and entrepreneurial sectors.

 

Lara has a heart of service and a special knack for seeing the big picture and determining how best to break it down into actionable details. Her superpower is connecting with people. She is fiercely committed to supporting her coworkers and clients by whatever means necessary. When Lara puts her mind to something, it gets done.

 

Lara is an artist to her core—a published author, poet, speaker, storyteller, and screenwriter—a single mum to an superhero kid, a global traveller, and a nature nerd. When she’s not crunching numbers, chasing down production payroll, or tackling administrative tasks at Ambition, she can be found reading, writing, painting, cooking, sewing, cycling, or spending time in, on, or beside a body of water.
