Shelley grew up splitting her time between the sunny shores of Bermuda, the rugged terrain of North Bay, and a frequently-changing backdrop of various other Canadian cities, until she finally landed in Toronto. Her career in the film industry began when she met a Commercial casting director and worked freelance for him. He ultimately helped her find her first agency job and it was instant love.

 

With over 20 years’ experience developing and guiding talent, Shelley arrived at Ambition in February 2022, and hit the ground running. She heads up the Voice and Commercial Department and prides herself on her strong work ethic, and devotion to the creative process.

 

Voice is Shelley's absolute passion, and she believes in a very hands on approach, nurturing talent to their best and brightest potential.

 

Shelley is also a mom and a cat lover. Her alter ego is Raven from Teen Titans GO, and Lady Legasus when she is feeling spicy.
